He began his career in real estate in 2007 as a Property Manager and Asset Manager for a real estate investment firm with a global portfolio value estimated at 300 million euros, in which he was, until 2017, in charge of many projects: renovation concepts, coliving concepts, site monitoring, participation in steering meetings, leasing, profitability calculations, analyses. He was also a group specialist in the design and management of furnished rental properties, in charge of around 50 rooms in Luxembourg City.
From 2017 to 2020, Benoît worked as an asset manager for a Luxembourg real estate start-up, in charge of the development of the real estate activity in the broad sense, mainly residential, in Luxembourg City, and in particular the creation and management of a portfolio of rental properties worth an estimated 30 million euros composed of 40 furnished rooms, 2 commercial sites and 30 apartments.
Benoît has acquired more than 15 years of experience in the real estate field in the Greater Region, which he now puts at the service of [kjub],a real estate group founded in 2021 with 3 partners from the fields of banking, finance and legal.
